I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who trained at The University of Birmingham. I completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and hold both a Degree and a Masters Degree in Psychology. In 2012 I was made an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I have over 12 years' experience in the NHS and private practice.
I have a wealth of experience in helping adults struggling with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety disorders, stress, PTSD, OCD, panic, work related issues, abuse, relationship difficulties, psychosis and bi-polar disorder.
As a Clinical Psychologist I am able to offer a range of 'talking therapies' and draw on a wide range of psychological theories and models to fit your unique circumstances. This is very different to other therapists- such as counsellors, cognitive-behavioural therapists and psychotherapists- who are usually only skilled in one therapeutic approach- that may, or may not be appropiate for your needs.
Where do I meet with people?
I see adults in convenient locations in Hereford, Ludlow and Worcester.
I am accredited with the British Psychological Society as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and the Health Professionals Council. I adhere to the BPS and HPC code of ethics and attend regular CPD events.
